EMPLOYEE CUSTOMER SERVICE (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Customer service and order processing
- Planning of goods deliveries
- Handling of complaints
- Development of new markets
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training or comparable qualification
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Organisational talent and team spirit
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Good German language skills
